Well! Wonder no more. Atuu (Ah-too) is a Twi word for embrace. ​Having the privilege to travel globally, I have been embraced by many communities. Bl.a.c.a (the website) is where I embrace an audience to learn about DACA to the ordinary moments of DACA who are striving for the American dream.  Also,​ I will call my audience into action where I will engage my audience to be involved in productive actions that can help your community and the world.

ABOUT ME

Paóla J. A. Benefo is a Ghanaian-Italian who grew up in Columbus, Ohio. She is CDF's Beat the Odds Scholar, New York Times Opinion author, and Phi Kappa Phi scholar amongst many other achievements. She is interested in all things science( specifically biology), poverty, immigration, and global crises. She aims to be a dentist that serves underserved communities like her own.
